The RSI Roofing team did a fabulous job replacing our roof and adding more efficient ventilation. We were especially impressed with their attention to cleaning all materials and debris in the driveway, yard, and flower beds.
They were very helpful to explain everything they were going to do and explained all the items in their bid. The foreman of the crew was very knowledgeable and so was his crew. He actually did more work than was proposed because he said that was the correct construction practice. There was no extra charge for this work he suggested. Before any extra work (rotten wood that needed replacing) was done Brent clearly explained what needed to be done and nothing was done without an agreement. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. Many thanks to Brent, Daniel, and the crew for our beautiful new roof.
Restoration Roofing Systems is an incredible company for roof installation. After receiving quotes from several companies, their quote was the most detailed and professional of all. Pricing was absolutely fair and all employees were on time, respectful and went above and beyond their duties. Brent or Jeff was on site throughout the job, yes from daylight until dark! My roof is beautiful! They were responsive and attentive to every minor detail and question I had in a way most companies don’t operate these days. I felt at ease during the estimate process you clearly explained what was needed to be done to repair the leaks along with the materials that would be used. I did not feel pressured at any point to replace the whole roof. I felt confident with the repairs that needed to be made would help lengthen the life of my roof too. Two workmen arrived to complete the job and it was finished very quickly. Thank you for your assistance and if in the years ahead we need a new roof I will know who to call.
