This home in Collierville is an ongoing project. We are working with the homeowner step-by-step to make sure the different components of the roofing system goes up at the right time. So far, we have put this home “in the dry,” meaning all the underlayment is in place. This home is getting the full-monty: Ice and water shield on all eaves, rakes, valleys, hips, ridges, and around each roof penetration. In addition, synthetic felt was used. This method, is the supreme way to ensure this home will be leak free. CertainTeed Grand Manor shingles will be installed to give the roof a slate-look, while still maintaining a reasonable budget. This home will take a little over 1-year to complete, so stand by for updates!
